Can I perform the exercises in a gym?
This app is designed for a timed workout. It is best done at home where you have more room and no distractions from people getting in the way,
How long are the workouts?
Each workout is approximately 28 minutes.
I am a beginner. Is there an explanation of each exercise?
Yes. There are training videos on each exercise that is in the current workout you are performing.
Is this app for anybody to use who wants to get in shape and lose weight?
